#Author Life-Day 16: Research

I’m not writing Non-Fiction but Fiction does take some research. When I was drafting my mermaid story (still needs revising), I researched all kinds of underwater animals and plants so I could create this underwater place. I also like to search images to help me picture my characters better. But I try not to get sucked into doing so much research because I’d rather be writing the story.
